If you are having issues with reading the nand, ex: "console not found" or "Unknown flash config 0xFFFFFF", try using a USB 2.0 hub (doesn't need to be powered). I spent literally days hunched over this thing and in the end that is what worked for me, not entirely sure why but I am pretty sure it has to do with my laptops USB ports being USB 3.2 and the Picos being USB 1.1. Double check your work first but this may be a solution for you.

Can 28-30 awg wrapping wire be used from pi Pico to motherboard nand headers??

Update 1 - I can get the system to boot occasionally, NOW WHAT. Xbox modified desktop loads, but as noted previously haven't been successful booting system with External Hard Drive plugged in and probably just bad timing (CoolRunner glitching working sporadically). Either way, any suggestions, anyone else using CoolRunner and upgraded to something more reliable on the original Falcon fat consoles? Hmm, almost complete and just a few bumps in the Road, with initial build booting to alternative Linux like interface and providing CPU and DVD numbers. Followed your instructions, and installed updated build created though JR v2. System initially booted, but now the build won't load and CoolRunner tries to glitch and never get front 4 LED's loading Xbox interface. I've only gotten Xbox updated dashboard to load once and also the original hack interface that shows CPU and DVD numbers. Anyone else with similar problems, and maybe need to update timing files or switch to a completely different Matrix glitch chip. Please also note, my original hard drive was also inaccessible. To many missing pieces and hopeful someone can provide some suggestions. Thanks for the reply...

All right if anyone can help me out so I did a Trinity slim 360, at first it wouldn’t build then I made a donor. I got it to work it boot it up Xcell & I was able to go in the dashboard. when I built everything back together, the console won’t turn on it just powers on then off any help and any suggestions??

I don’t have the XeX? It won’t show up in my games but I have aurora?? It kind of differs when I turn on my Xbox, like it’ll show up and then might not show up the next time.. 😭

Hola, por alguna razón. No funcionó. He utilizado una Raspberry pi pico para extraer la NAND y hasta ahí funciona bien, pero al escribir Xell Reloaded no carga. Vuelvo a escribir la NAND extraída con la Raspberry y todo regresa a la normalidad. Utilicé diodos zener diferentes pero en esencia el comportamiento debiera ser el mismo (impedir el paso de energía en un sentido) ¿Qué cree que me esté faltando? ¿Existe forma de hacer RGH en un dash superior para la Xenon? Saludos de antemano

Picoflasher is the worst of the flashers. This damn pico thig bricked 4 xboxes in one week !!!!!!!

Sir, even though this video is old, you actually helped me create a new working updated nanddump file out of my original (corrupt/bad block) nanddump, which fixed my RGH2 Matrix v3 Glitch chipped Slim console. Thank you very much for that!

If anyone is having an issue with getting their NAND read with the PicoFlasher. Try this. First reflash the .u2 file to the Pico. If that still does not get the Flasher to see the console then if you have a spare around, try another Pico. I redid my soldering (redid it for good measure to eliminate variables) and still the Flasher could not see the Console. So I said F it! Grabbed a spare Pico and flashed it, hooked it up. VOILA !!!! Read the console and NAND right away. This was an official Pico too, so not a cheap clone. It seems these little boards are fragile or just maybe temperamental. So if all else is failing you and your soldering job is A Okay! with still no reading of the NAND, try another Pico.

scratched some traces on my corona4g and now i wish i used one of these, turns out they're pretty cheap from china

Hello Boss. Do You know if there is an Alternative point for the RST wire. The original pad is blown away🥺

The fix isn't the order you connect for everyone. Some systems (including one I'm doing now) have 0v on the flsh_CE_N (CLK) pin (#2). Picoflasher will never read the NAND in this case - won't even find the console. Other issues are that some Pico boards will stop being recognized after the first flash - unplug and replug and jrunner won't see them. Seems to be a Picoflasher firmware issue.

Hello, i just got a an xbox 360 slim (16MB) corona version 3-6. i've got everything ready to do the RGH with postfix adpater (it needs it) e.t.c. Looking at your video i realize that i also have WINDBOND ram (and this is NOT an XBOX 360 E). The MFR date of this unit is1 9/01/2013. DO I have also to check WB 2K when i will start using JRunner?

Does anybody have a good recommendation for a 2tb SSD that can fit this thing without blocking the airflow under the Disk drive?

Hey bro, I noticed you connected your wiring on your Pico reverse of how it shows in the diagram. I'm having trouble reading the NAND with my Pico. Wiring is perfect and I double checked my wiring and solder work. Perhaps I wired everything backwards? Because mine are opposite of how you did it. I wired it the same as the diagram.

The problem is this: I installed new NAND memory. Now it's empty. I don't have original native dumps. There are no keys either. What falcon files need to be written to memory for XELL to work? How to collect XELLL if there is no retail dump?😟
